Summary of key terms:

1. VIP Days: You are purchasing a package of six VIP Days at a discounted rate. All six VIP Days are to be used within eight months from the original purchase date. I will devote up to 7 hours per VIP Day, as well as a 1 hour blueprint call before the VIP day, and 30 days of post-VIP day email support. Remember that you're booking my time and expertise and not a specific set of deliverables. I will give you my best estimate of how long your project will take based on my experience, but different factors, like the amount of content, how prepared your content is for me, any revisions that need to be made, etc. will affect the total time your project takes.
2. 30 Days of Email Support: You are welcome to ask any questions or concerns about work completed during your VIP day. The email support period does not include additional project revisions. 
3. Payment Terms: To reserve your Six VIP Day Package, you have the option to pay in full for $9750 or pay six monthly payments of $1750. No refunds will be given if the six VIP Days are not used within eight months from the original booking.
4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your VIP day, you can reschedule without penalty with at least 7 days written notice. Once you are less than 7 days from your VIP date, then your date cannot be rescheduled. I will complete as much as possible for you on your VIP day with the content you have ready for me!
5. Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your VIP Day package, no refunds will be given.
