Setting Up Redirect Links in Kajabi

If you’ve ever used WordPress before coming over to Kajabi, you know they have an amazing feature called Pretty Links. It’s exactly what it sounds like - you can take any link (especially an affiliate link with a random string of letters or numbers) and turn it into a much prettier looking link with your own domain.

This little “hack” will let you do the same thing on Kajabi!

For example, I have an affiliate link for some legal templates that I promote.

I’ve been able to take this “not so pretty” affiliate link: https://members.bobbyklinck.com/accessallyref/a28c9399f/ and turn it into courtneyibinger.com/legal

Now, when I want to send someone that affiliate link, I just sent them to courtneyibinger.com/legal instead.

Here’s what you want to do:

1. Set up a new landing page in Kajabi.
2. Delete out all of the sections, except for a “Custom Code” section.
3. In the Custom Code section, add a text block section.
4. Inside the text block source code, paste this code and replace where it says “url” in the code with the original link.
   • <p>
     <script>// <![CDATA[
     document.location.href = "url";
     // ]]></script>
     </p>
5.  Hit save!
6. In the page details, edit the page url to be the new link you would like to send traffic to!

 You’re done!

You have unlimited landing pages in your Kajabi account, so go ahead and set up as many of these as you want! Just make sure to keep track somewhere (like in a Google doc or spreadsheet) of all of your original links and your redirected links.
